Better Workplace Safety.

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are injuries that affect muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves.  Injuries can develop when the same muscles are used repetitively, or for a long time without adequate rest.

Ontario has recently updated its MSD guideline to provide current information and tools to workplaces in order to address the hazards of MSDs.
