VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE
Workplace violence and harassment can have severe physical, psychological and practical consequences on workers, the work environment and communities. All workplace parties have rights and duties when dealing with violence and harassment in the workplace.
Every employer in Ontario must implement and maintain policies and programs regarding workplace violence and harassment, of which everyone within the organization must abide by, regardless of role.
COURSE LENGTH
This 2-hour course will provide participants with a full understanding of what is and what isn’t workplace violence and workplace harassment, knowledge of the requirements of workplace violence and harassment programs, and be able to discuss prevention and control methods.

Following successful completion of the course, participants receive proof-of-training wallet cards. Upon request, employers receive a record of training, attendance signatures, as well as copies of the wallet cards.
